I have officially begun the construction loan process!

After interviewing five local and national banks I ended up selecting Franklin Savings Bank for the construction loan. They had reasonable terms, understood the area, and were accustomed to working with my builder.

I approached the bank with nearly every document in-hand that I needed, which was a huge boon to helping push along the process. I’m told it will take about 4 weeks to complete the loan. Stay tuned for more insight as I move through the construction loan process.
